	In past few years knowledge became a good with which you can trade, educational institutions adjust their learning programs so that they can fit society needs, and future experts are getting specialized for one particular job that they are going to do. Lectures are held by professors and industrial professionals with experience in laboratories which are equipped with new technology. High School of electrical engineering , for a period longer than a decade bases its investment on laboratories, in which students can learn about electrical engineering and computer science. When it is not possible to have laboratories in which practical work can be done (like electric-power supply engineering), college has cooperation and access to facilities of the electric-power supply industry of Serbia, so that students can be organized in smaller groups and go to visits plants, installations, dispatcher centers, and other buildings, so that they can have first hand experience and acquire knowledge through practical work.
